Energy is a resource on the TRON blockchain that is distributed daily to users who have staked their TRX. You can either use your Energy yourself or lend it to others. When users make transactions or transfers on the TRON blockchain, if they do not have enough Energy, TRX will be burnt directly (each transaction costs approximately 30 to 100 TRX). However, if they have enough Energy, the transaction or transfer will consume Energy instead of TRX. Using Energy instead of TRX can save up to 70% in fees.

By clicking "Max," you may instantly see the maximum amount of Energy you can sell.
To sell 500 Energy, for example, if you do not have any or not enough Energy, you will need to stake your TRX for Energy. The staking period is 3 days, and you can earn 0.12 TRX during the period.
Click "Sell" to continue to the TRX staking page, enter the TRX amount you want to stake, Energy will be filled automatically. Click “Freeze, then the wallet signature page will pop up. Click "Sign" to complete the sale.
After staking TRX to obtainEnergy, click on the order in self-Trading to "sell", and a wallet signature will pop up. Click "sign" to complete the sale.
If you have sufficient energy, you can sell it directly without staking.
You may find your sales record in the “Sell” list.
Your token will need to be unfreezed in 3 days manually.

You can enter the desired amount of Energy and choose a price within the range of 80 to 420 TRX per day. For instance, if you purchase 3000 Energy at a price of 80 TRX per day, you will pay 0.72 TRX. This amount of Energy can save you 3.06 TRX in gas fees, which is an 81% saving compared to paying gas fees with TRX directly.
Click "Buy Now" and a wallet signature page will appear. Click "Sign" to complete the order.
